Account Manager / Freight Agent

OCG Logistics, is a rapidly growing company looking for an energetic and highly motivated professional to join our
Houston team. This qualified individual will be responsible for managing current customer's requests and building a
portfolio of clients, through research and communication using a diverse selection of media outlets. Also, qualifying
new prospects, via inside sales efforts. This position requires the candidate to be specialized in account management,
responsible for revenue generation, carrier management and problem resolution. Others duties include pricing,
scheduling, driver dispatch and load tracing
.

Job Requirements:
•        
brokerage experience preferred, $500,000 per year customer revenue
•        Experience in a shipping and receiving and or manufacturing a plus
•        Ability to multi-task and provide direction to operational support team
•        Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
•        Excellent communication skills a must
•        Ability to prioritize and problem solve in a fast-paced work environment
•        Ability to diversify and grow with the company's advancements and technology.
•       
 Aggressive, Competitive, Enthusiastic and Self Starter (being able to think outside the box and work  
independently)


Responsibilities
•        Develop and maintain a professional rapport among customers and carriers
•        Resolve any issues related to carriers and/or customers
•        Manage shipper and receiver relationships
•        Generate business leads

•        Organize and distribute paperwork efficiently
